Spider in The Shed
My beloved friend Nick Isom is one of the most talented people I know. He is not only a dear, sweet man, but also the blue wizard that deejayed our crazy Halloween party and a brilliant budding filmmaker. It brings me much joy to share the trailer from his gorgeous short film Spider in The Shed. Jazzed about its premiere coming soon. <3

September 2009 Happened
Man, this month was filled more than the cereal bowl of a greedy fat kid. That's right. I had my first stand up performance, I jammed out at some sweet social gatherings, and chilled with close friends. This video captures a lot of that plus Patrick Swayze is a featured guest in my video, so you know it's good. Man. Don't think I sit on the lap on leisure. Oh no. On the contrary I have been busied with the school shuffle hardcore, and I work every week. I will sleep one day when there's time. In the mean time I will keep surfing the manic wave with glee. Much love to all.

Yeah Yeah
Psychoanalytic swirl again... existentialism keeps me grounded. Completely. Enjoy the vast implicity... I am off to work out.
But first, cinemagic featuring the fabulous Justin aka Hollywood.
I feel leavened with epiphany that will keep me focused and on the right path. The future is bright... grab the Blu-blockers. I need to remember to leave the trash at the curb. I seem to love sifting through it and remembering what I used to like about it before throwing it away. Ohh life... your lesson stick beats me so. xo.

Adambomb Amalgamation
Adambomb and Jennfabulous...
My brother Adam aka Adambomb has been making sweet, sugary beats since the days of dual tape-deck overdub. Oh that's right. We kids have played with music and weirdness since we were old enough to touch our parents' music equipment. I used to steal the camera and microphone and Adam would steal the guitars and time on the drums. Thanks Mom and Dad.
Anyway, not much has changed. Adam has been making music for my vids and music projects for a few years now. In addition he collaborates with a few hip-hop performers namely Plush Lush and FIfth Avenue in Sacramento (aka Rogue Scholars) as well as with various others including the Neighborhood Watch collective, Random Abiladeze, and more. He has made music commercially for different projects, and pretty much is a mega-prolific beat machine music master.
Here is my feeble homage to his contributions. In addition I am happy to present his latest remix of a song Snarky Puppy did. Good things, good times. Enjoy, and thanks for all the love and support from everyone.

Oso Closo Burrito
Okay, if you know me you probably have heard of Oso Closo, the sweet, magical band. They are a special group of homies from back home and more. Check this, they entered a Chipotle commercial contest. I hope they win, I am le proud.
They also played my birthday last year while touring which was ridiculous and amazing. So much love. So much love.

What's Goin' On?
The fated band that has spent many a night crashing on the floor of whichever inherent dwelling I claim recent is frolicking back into our hearts this Friday at the Blue Nile. Let us raise plastic cups in their honor, and furthermore, let us enjoy the following clip because it rules after the 36 second mark especially.
Anyway, I had a good time last night. I have some film homies who know how to throw down and some other fine peeps. Good people, good times.
Man, Carly is leaving my life for a while to voyage to law school. I will miss her more than a person eating a salisbury steak with frozen corn and weird, gelled cinnamon apples misses their dignity. It's true. So yeah, Sunday, it's goodbye party time to someone I love dearly. Let us stream tears so potent that the consistency is on par with gravy.
And, in parting, I did get one of the best birthday cards ever to be created by two of my best friends on the planet we claim as Earth. And prior to reading this card, let it be noted I took a nutrition course my freshman year at UNT that warned of the evils of partially hydrogenated oils that freaked me out for life. FOR LIFE.
Goodnight all, it's time to put on some pink cat pajama pants and cartwheel into the sheets.

Civilization by Marco Brambilla
My "brahthah" sent me this motionography masterpiece. Grab a fist full of Jiffy Pop and enjoy an editing inferiority complex perhaps. Also, I recommend either blowing this up to full view, or just watching it here: http://motionographer.com/theater/marco-brambilla-civilization/
Explanation as stolen from an online source:
Civilization, a video mural created for the new Standard hotel in New York City, depicts a journey from hell to heaven interpreted through modern film language using computer-enhanced found footage. This epic video mural contains over 300 individual channels of looped video blended into a multi-layered seamless tableau of interconnecting images that illustrate a contemporary, satirical take on the concepts of Heaven and Hell.

Also, the lineup includes Love Hog (which also has played a couple of my house parties), MyNameIsJohnMichael, Caddwhompus, Fleur de Tease, and more . It's gonna be ridiculous.

So if this wasn't enough going on, two days ago I also had the privilege of working and doing PA work with some amazing people I love for a show on the HGTV spinoff channel called The Green Channel. We covered a place called The Edible Garden which is sponsored by Emeril... it's a school garden. Kinda cool. Sure I got coffee and ran errands, but I learned so much. Thanks for the opportunity team... and the sweet check. :)
Last week I worked furious hours, saw some of my best friends, Warren, his dad, Laura, and her husband Jon who came to visit from Houston and Fort Worth randomly, saw a bunch of local random homies out, had Snarky Puppy stay over for five days, and had lifetime adventures per usual when they come stay. From five mile bike rides to the sloshed nights with amazing music into the wee hours of the ridiculous morning... I had a blast. It was insane... I am still pretty dazed and confused from the weird, over the top times. Footage to come soon. :) I love you guys so much!!
We got a sweet new roommate while Noor is gone... homeboy Chase... good guy.
So much more going on, but I am going to get ready for tomorrow! Huge day! Rock on, and I hope to see some peeps out there. Awesome times! Word. Jenn
Oh yeah, and I redecorated... again. Enjoy. Muah.
